We want to start a tradition of summing up the past year at the company.

Looking at the results of the year before last, one gets the impression that compared to the outgoing year those achievements seem small, perhaps even young. This year was a time of growing up, hard decisions and reflection.

What we did:

•This year we increased production volume by 70%, even though our production capacity and infrastructure remained practically the same.

•Production started working around the clock.

•In the autumn we developed a technology for welding straight and curved seams by adding a special component to the seams.

• We introduced same-day delivery, which for many companies is obviously nothing to be proud of, but for us it is an achievement because of where our production facilities are located.

•An ART catalogue was created. We did not expect such high demand and they are no longer in stock. However, a new batch is expected in February. We also created a page on the website with exclusive full-size photos of membrane textures.

-We introduced a high level of automation, namely: extended order reporting, a systematised shipping section, automated processing of ceilings and orders; some of these technologies will be used in the personal online account we have been working on for more than a year.

Of course, there were things we did not manage to do:

•It is still the same customer service office. But we can already say that things are moving.

•The multi-coloured insert catalogue is ready for production, so we think that in spring we will surprise our market with this wonder.

Next year will be a year of “revolution” for our company, given the ideas we want to implement for the market and our clients.
